Based on my experience, I believe the financing terms were presented in a manner that prevented me from fully understanding my true financial obligation.
Despite repeatedly asking salesperson Jeremy Rivas questions about the total cost of the transaction and the amount I would ultimately be responsible for paying, the discussion was consistently directed toward my BMW X1 trade-in, my $15,000 down payment, and my monthly payment of $1,444.79.

Every visit is disappointing and frustrating. Sales representative Karl Thomasson lied about post sale services. Service representative Jonathan Perez tried to charge me because he couldn’t find my service contract until Financial manager came help him. Service manager ANDRES GUTIERREZ just kept my car for a day doing nothing without any updates. Service director Frank de Varona doesn’t help except “sorry for your experience”. I am disappointed with my recent experience at BMW of Pompano. After servicing my BMW 330e, the complimentary wash left noticeable, non-removable stains on all of my wheels. Initially I thought it was tire shine overspray, but it became clear the marks would not come off.
I contacted the dealership twice and was told each time that a manager would return my call. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up.

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this dealership, and I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this location due to their unethical practices and poor customer service. After being persistently contacted by their salesperson, we agreed to a deal for $52,000 out-the-door, inclusive of all taxes, registration, and associated fees. We then drove approximately eight hours to finalize the purchase. Great experience! Andres gave me a realistic timeline of how long service would take and all services were completed. Communication was great, which has not been my experience at other dealerships(including other BMW dealerships). Will definitely be bringing my car back only to this location.

Convenient and courteous scheduling. My trunk closure issue was diagnosed and fixed and my car washed in less than two hours. The waiting area is comfortable and restrooms are immaculate. Great service!

Absolutely disgusted with the service my wife received from your service department. We purchased a brand new 2024 x3 in may for $58000.00 , and two weeks ago when I was out of the country my wife’s card BMW app alerted me to say tire pressure alert. She headed right to you guys and was charged $610 for one new tire . I checked with your supplier and that tire can be bought for $187.55 plus 1hour labor can’t equal $610 . It’s disgusting to think that’s how you treat an old customer.

My experience was mixed. This is the second time I’ve visited this dealership for service, and will likely not be returning unless it is an emergency.
Things I enjoyed were 1.) the video text of the vehicle inspection from the garage, 2.) the automated text status updates could be nice, if accurate, and 3.) the convenience of location and ride share service provided was a big plus.
However, the things I didn’t enjoy outweighed the positive.

Came in for a Recall and was told “I had no rear brakes”. Of course that scared me into doing the brakes at a cost of over. $800. Were they that bad it couldn’t have waited a few days? A week? My biggest concern, was Why didn’t the sensor ever go off before then to warn me? If I dint come into the dealership for the recall, how would I have known?
