I recently purchased a pre-owned BMW from this dealership. I live out of state so the entire transaction was done by phone, text and email. Client Advisor Samson made this a pleasant and far less stressful experience than it otherwise could have been. I probably would not have bought the car if Samson hadn't been the Advisor. He was patient, helpful, friendly and professional. Although we never met, I consider him a friend and highly recommend doing business with him. I hope to do so again in the future.
I called BMW because my car was stuck in valet mode. I just could not fix the problem on my own 🤦🏼♀️ I spoke with Jean Paul he offered help immediately to come and assist me. Once he arrived the problem was fixed with 5 min. He was very helpful and polite. Great customer service!

Best BMW dealer ever !! Traded in my 320i to purchase a newer X3. They valued my older car the amount I was expecting with no hassle. Sales rep Terrance Lee, Menzi Zikalala and Sales Manager Dean Cook made the transaction quick and smooth. Their genious Jean Paul took the time to explain all the new car gadgets. I tried to buy a BMW 840i from the dealership and the salesperson was extremely nice and friendly..... that's the good news. The bad news is that both general managers talk down to the clients when trying to close the sale. Dean had the nerve to tell me that they were already losing $6,000 on the car..... REALLY!. Every visit is disappointing and frustrating. Sales representative Karl Thomasson lied about post sale services. Service representative Jonathan Perez tried to charge me because he couldn’t find my service contract until Financial manager came help him. Service manager ANDRES GUTIERREZ just kept my car for a day doing nothing without any updates. Service director Frank de Varona doesn’t help except “sorry for your experience”. I misplaced my BMW digital key card, more like I thought I did. Called the dealer in Ft. Lauderdale that I bought the car from. I'm not such a fan of their sales department, but I love my advisor. The person told me it would cost $180 to replace the key and I'd have to come in person to order AND subsequently pick up. I was slightly outraged, but went along and he then told me it would take 1-2 weeks. My impatience grew, and I politely ended the call.

I am disappointed with my recent experience at BMW of Pompano. After servicing my BMW 330e, the complimentary wash left noticeable, non-removable stains on all of my wheels. Initially I thought it was tire shine overspray, but it became clear the marks would not come off.
I contacted the dealership twice and was told each time that a manager would return my call. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up.

They’re absolutely excellent service! From the moment I had the greeter come out until the moment they walked me out at the end to a beautifully clean car! The greatest thing is that they take videos during the service so that you could see each and everything that the mechanic is and that is fabulous. I especially like it because I’m very good at understanding car maintenance so it’s very helpful. Not bad for a woman right.
